Dashboard Overview

The nonBot AI dashboard is your central hub for monitoring brand visibility across AI assistants. This guide explains the layout and navigation.

Dashboard Layout

The header contains your URL selector for switching between tracked URLs (subscription users), a run selector for viewing results from different analysis runs, an upgrade button for free or single report users, and a user menu for account settings, billing, and signing out.

The main content area is organized into five tabs: Dashboard for KPI overview and trend charts, Competitors for competitive intelligence and positioning, Playbook for actionable recommendations, Results for individual prompt responses from AI providers, and Setup for URL configuration and prompt management.

Dashboard Tab

The primary view displays your AI visibility metrics through eight KPI cards: Inclusion Rate, Average Position, Top-3 Presence, Share of Voice, Sentiment, Citation Rate, AI Visibility Index, and Vendor Count. Trend charts provide visual representation of these metrics over time with line charts showing historical performance, week-over-week comparisons, and delta indicators. Sparklines in the run selector show recent performance at a glance.

Competitors Tab

The Competitors tab analyzes how your brand compares to others detected in AI responses. You'll see competitor detection from AI responses, a radar chart visualization comparing key metrics, mention rate comparisons, and position analysis.

Playbook Tab

The Playbook provides actionable insights to improve your AI visibility, including Citation Targets, Community Discovery, Content Ideas, Crawler Detection, and Best Practices.

Results Tab

The Results tab shows raw data from your analysis including individual prompt responses, provider breakdown across ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, Gemini, Grok, and Google AI Overview, brand mention detection, and citation information.

Setup Tab

Configure your tracking in the Setup tab by editing your brand name and aliases, managing prompts, adjusting AI provider selection, and running new analyses.

URL Management

Subscription users with multiple URLs can switch between them using the URL dropdown in the header. To add a new URL, click Add URL in the dropdown, enter the website URL, configure brand settings, and run your first analysis.

Run History

Access previous analysis runs through the run selector dropdown. You can view past runs with their dates, select any run to view its historical data, and compare runs using trend charts.

Data Refresh

Click Run Analysis to execute a new analysis immediately. Subscription plans include automatic scheduled runs: Pro plans run biweekly, while Elite and Agency plans run weekly.
