Dashboard Overview
The nonBot AI dashboard is where you track your brand's visibility across AI assistants. This guide walks you through the layout and how to get around.
Dashboard Layout
The header bar includes:
- URL selector - switch between tracked URLs (for paid plan users)
- Run selector - view results from past analysis runs
- Upgrade button - shown for free or single report users
- User menu - account settings, billing, and sign out
The main area is split into five tabs:
- Dashboard - KPI overview and trend charts
- Competitors - rival intel and how you stack up
- Playbook - action items to boost visibility
- Results - prompt-by-prompt responses from AI providers
- Setup - URL settings and prompt management
Dashboard Tab
This is your main view. It shows eight KPI cards:
- Inclusion Rate
- Average Position
- Top-3 Presence
- Share of Voice
- Sentiment
- Citation Rate
- AI Visibility Index
- Vendor Count
Below the cards, trend charts show how these metrics change over time. Each chart includes week-over-week comparisons and delta markers. The run selector also has sparklines for a quick snapshot.
Competitors Tab
See how your brand stacks up against others found in AI responses. This tab includes:
- Rival detection from AI responses
- Radar chart that compares key metrics
- Mention rate side-by-side views
- Position breakdown
Playbook Tab
The Playbook gives you steps to boost your AI visibility. It covers:
- Citation Targets
- Community Discovery
- Content Ideas
- Crawler Detection
- Best Practices
Results Tab
View the raw data from your analysis:
- Prompt-by-prompt responses
- Provider breakdown (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, Gemini, Grok, Google AI Overview)
- Brand mention detection
- Citation details
Setup Tab
Set up your tracking here:
- Edit your brand name and aliases
- Manage prompts
- Choose AI providers
- Run new analyses
URL Management
If your plan supports more than one URL, use the URL dropdown in the header to switch between them. To add a new URL:
- Click Add URL in the dropdown
- Enter the website URL
- Set up brand settings
- Run your first analysis
Run History
The run selector dropdown gives you access to past analyses. You can:
- View past runs with their dates
- Select any run to see its data
- Compare runs using trend charts
Data Refresh
Click Run Analysis to start a new analysis right away. Paid plans include scheduled runs:
- Pro - every two weeks
- Elite and Agency - every week
