Run History & Comparison
Every time you run an analysis, nonBot AI saves the complete results as a historical snapshot. Over time, your run history becomes a timeline of how AI assistants perceive your brand — and the primary way you measure whether your optimization efforts are working.
Navigating Run History
At the top of the Results tab, use the left and right arrows to move between runs. The display shows the date and time of each run and your position in the history (e.g., "Run 5 of 12"). Your most recent run loads by default.
Auto-Runs vs. Manual Runs
Your run history includes both manual runs you triggered from the Setup tab and automated scheduled runs. Pro plans include biweekly auto-runs, while Elite and Agency plans run weekly. Auto-runs use your saved configuration — the same prompts, providers, and competitors from your last manual setup — so your results are consistent and comparable over time.
Comparing Across Runs
The most valuable use of run history is tracking changes over time. Key things to look for include new brand mentions appearing in responses where you were previously absent, position improvements where your brand moves into the top 3 recommendations, citation changes showing your content being referenced by AI providers, competitor movements where rivals gain or lose visibility, and sentiment shifts in how AI models describe your brand.
The Dashboard's trend charts and sparklines automatically calculate these deltas from your run history, but reviewing the raw Results gives you the full context behind the numbers.
Deleting Runs
You can delete any individual run from your history using the delete button. This is useful for removing test runs or runs where your configuration was incorrect. Deleted runs are permanently removed and cannot be recovered, and your Dashboard KPIs will recalculate based on the remaining history.
Run Frequency Best Practices
For meaningful trend data, aim for consistent run cadence — the auto-run schedule handles this for you on paid plans. Avoid running too frequently with the same prompts, as AI responses can be volatile in short time frames. Weekly or biweekly runs provide the right balance between fresh data and statistically meaningful trends.
