Results Overview
The Results tab shows the raw AI responses from every prompt in your analysis — exactly what each AI model said when asked about your category, and which brands were mentioned. While the Dashboard surfaces aggregated KPIs, the Results tab lets you drill into individual responses to understand the "why" behind your numbers.
Accessing Results
Click the Results tab in your dashboard navigation. Results are available on all plans after you've run at least one analysis.
What You'll See
For each prompt in your analysis, the Results tab displays the full response from each AI provider (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, etc.), the vendors or brands mentioned in each response, citations and source links when providers include them, and which tag group each prompt belongs to.
Responses are grouped by prompt, so you can easily compare how different AI models answer the same question. This is important because models often disagree — a brand that ChatGPT recommends may not appear at all in Perplexity or Gemini responses.
Provider Badges
Each response is labeled with a color-coded provider badge so you can quickly identify which AI model generated it. This makes it easy to scan across providers and spot where your brand appears versus where it's absent.
Vendor Extraction
nonBot automatically extracts brand and vendor names from each AI response. These extracted vendors power the competitive metrics in your Dashboard — mention rate, share of voice, and average position are all calculated from the vendors found in these raw results. If you notice a vendor being incorrectly extracted or missed, the raw response text is always available for manual review.
Tag Filtering
If you've tagged your prompts in the Setup tab, you can filter the Results view to show only prompts matching a specific tag. This helps you focus on a particular product line or query type without scrolling through your entire prompt set.
Run History
Use the navigation arrows at the top of the Results tab to move between historical runs. The interface shows the run date and time, which run number you're viewing out of your total (e.g., "3 of 7"), and buttons to move to the previous or next run. You can also delete any historical run you no longer need.
Comparing results across runs is how you measure progress — look for changes in which brands are mentioned, shifts in positioning, new citations appearing, and changes in sentiment or recommendation language.
Exporting Results
Click the export button to download your results as a CSV file. The export includes the prompt text, provider name, full response text, extracted vendors, and citation URLs. This is useful for sharing results with your team, importing into other tools, or building custom reports outside of nonBot.
