Inviting Team Members
nonBot AI supports team collaboration, allowing you to share AI visibility tracking with colleagues. This guide explains how to invite team members.
Team Member Limits
Free Trial and Single Report plans are limited to the account owner only. Pro and Elite plans support up to 5 team members, while Agency plans support up to 500 team members.
How to Invite Members
Access Team Settings by clicking your user menu in the top-right corner and selecting Team Settings or Manage Team, then navigate to the Members section. Click Invite Member or Add Team Member, enter the email address of the person you want to invite, and click Send Invitation.
The invited person receives an email containing an invitation from your team, a link to accept, and a brief description of nonBot AI. When they click the link, sign in or create an account, they're automatically added to your team.
Invitation Status
Track invitation status in Team Settings: Pending means the invitation was sent and is awaiting acceptance, Accepted means the member has joined the team, and Expired means the invitation link expired and may need to be resent.
If an invitation expires or wasn't received, go to Team Settings > Members, find the pending invitation, and click Resend to send a new invitation email. To revoke a pending invitation, find it in the same location and click Cancel or Revoke.
What Team Members Can Access
Team members inherit access to all tracked URLs on the account, analysis runs and results, dashboard and KPIs, competitive intelligence, and playbook features based on the plan. Team members have the same feature access as the account owner's plan level.
Standard team members cannot manage billing or subscriptions, invite or remove other members, delete the team or account, or access owner-only settings—these actions are reserved for the team owner.
Roles
The owner is the account creator with full administrative access who manages subscription and billing, invites and removes members, has all feature access, and cannot be removed. Members are invited users with feature access who can view all dashboards and data, run analyses within plan limits, and configure tracked URLs, but cannot manage team settings.
Troubleshooting
If the invited person doesn't receive the email, check their spam or junk folder, verify the email address is correct, try resending the invitation, and have them add noreply@nonbot.ai to contacts. If an invitation link expires, simply resend the invitation for a new valid link. If you've reached your plan's member limit, upgrade to a higher plan for more members or remove inactive members to make room.
