Upgrading Your Plan
Upgrade your nonBot AI plan to access more URLs, prompts, team members, and features. This guide covers all upgrade paths.
Upgrade Paths
To upgrade from Free Trial to Single Report, complete your free trial analysis, view the blurred results on the dashboard, click Unlock Report or any upgrade prompt, select Single Report ($5), complete Stripe payment, and data unlocks immediately.
To skip Single Report and go directly to a subscription from Free Trial, click Upgrade from the dashboard, select Pro, Elite, or Agency, choose your billing frequency (Monthly or Annual), complete Stripe payment, and full access activates immediately.
To add ongoing monitoring and Playbook features from Single Report, click Upgrade from the dashboard, select your subscription plan, complete payment, and your existing URL data is preserved while you can add more URLs within new limits.
To upgrade from Pro to Elite for more URLs and weekly runs, go to Team Settings > Billing/Subscription, click Upgrade Plan, select Elite, pay the prorated difference, and new limits apply immediately. The same process applies for upgrading from Pro or Elite to Agency.
Payment Processing
All payments are processed via Stripe with major credit and debit cards accepted, secure encrypted transactions, and PCI compliance. When upgrading mid-cycle, you pay only the prorated difference for the remaining days of your billing period, and the new plan starts immediately with no double-charging. Subscriptions renew automatically—monthly plans every 30 days and annual plans every 365 days. Cancel anytime before renewal.
What Happens After Upgrade
New features become available immediately: blurred data becomes visible, new URL slots are available, higher prompt limits are active, and Playbook features are unlocked. Your existing data is preserved including all analysis history, run data, KPIs, and trends.
Team members inherit new access automatically without any action needed—they see upgraded features immediately and new member slots become available.
Changing Billing Frequency
To switch from monthly to annual and save approximately 20%, go to Billing settings, select Switch to Annual, pay the annual amount (minus remaining monthly credit), and your new billing cycle starts. Switching from annual to monthly takes effect at annual renewal and cannot be done mid-annual period—contact support for exceptions.
Upgrade Considerations
Before upgrading, consider which features you need, how many URLs you'll track, how many team members need access, and whether you need weekly or biweekly updates. Choose the plan that fits your needs without overpaying for unused capacity, upgrade when you approach limits, and downgrade if needs decrease.
Throughout the app, you'll see upgrade prompts when viewing blurred content, accessing gated features, reaching URL or prompt limits, or adding team members beyond your limit. Click any upgrade prompt to begin the process.
Troubleshooting
If payment doesn't process, verify card details are correct, ensure sufficient funds or credit, try a different payment method, and contact your bank if issues persist. If features don't appear after upgrade, refresh the page, sign out and sign back in, clear browser cache, and contact support if issues persist. If you upgraded by mistake, contact support immediately—refunds are considered within 24 hours when you provide transaction details.
